| While tenor saxophonist Roman Schwaller's career has mainly been focused upon the achievement of a more and more dazzling articulation as well as additional personified instrumental artistry, he has as of late developed an inclination to compose and arrange, talents he has never before specifically cultivated. His first efforts were evident in his writing for a nonet, a project he continues to keep alive as often as possible. In reference to his home turf, a county named Thurgau in the Eastern part of Switzerland, he has composed a suite comprising elements of his own early and later experiences, has chosen a great line-up to help him project both his music and his personal message as a saxophonist. Mission, as it is clearly perceptible, has been accomplished!
